Synopsis: 
A little boy walks through a toy store full of people talking a strange and incomprehensible language. Alone he bonds with a young mother who finds a way to communicate with him without words. He is going to tell her something that she was not ready to hear.

Robin Polák is based in Berlin and is working as a director and writer. His work stands for storytelling, subtle humor and a strong cast. He was born in Prag, Czech Republic, and emigrated to Germany in the early 80ies. He worked as a runner on a German film set and as a boom operator in Studio Babelsberg. He went for an internship at MTV and shot several trailer, TV-formats and shorts. After two years he became an editorial journalist. In 2016 he joined Czar Film Germany.
